Melissa Holstrom is a passionate worship pastor whose heart beats to lead people into the presence of Jesus. As the founder and president of Flourish and Thrive, she not only oversees the vision of the ministry but also leads worship at every event—creating space for others to encounter the Lord deeply and personally through music and praise.
Melissa has a deep love for Jesus and a strong desire to see lives transformed through worship and the Word. She is a wife to her best friend, momma to two amazing adult daughters and an incredible teenage son, and a devoted follower of Christ. Whether she’s singing, playing guitar, or encouraging others, her life is marked by a desire to glorify God in all she does.
Her ministry journey includes years of faithful service: founding and leading a 501(c)(3) homeschool co-op, leading worship for over a decade at her local church, planting a church, being ordained in 2019 and founding and leading her current 501c3 Flourish and Thrive in 2022. These experiences have shaped her into the worship leader and minister she is today.
